Boarding
Our first priority is keeping your dog comfortable, healthy and safe during your time away. We give your dog the hospitality they deserve! We provide clean, spacious indoor and outdoor kennels. Your dog will have a raised dog bed so there is no need for you to bring your dog beds from home. Our home is located on the same property as our kennel, and we always have someone here full-time. In addition, we also have 24/7 security cameras installed for added peace of mind. You can rest assured knowing your dog is getting the attention they deserve when you are away! There is a large, secure, fenced in play area/potty yard. Your dog will get lots of play time with other dogs and we welcome all breeds - friendly dogs are a must here! Your dog becomes a part of our family while you are away, and we look forward to caring for your four legged fur kid! We are members of the International Boarding and Pet Service Association and have successfully completed the Canine Advanced Certification program with the IBPSA. We also have our certification in dog and cat first aid through the American Red Cross. We have over 25 years of experience in the animal care industry.

Drop-offs and pickups may be made anytime during our open hours of 8am-5pm so long as a specific time is scheduled with our staff. Any drop-offs or pickups made outside of our open hours will incur a $25 convenience fee.

Pick-ups and drop-offs are by appointment only and can be scheduled for anytime during our Open Hours of 8am-5pm. Please ensure you schedule this with staff when calling, or via our booking software when making reservations online.
POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
If reservation changes are made at least 72 hours prior to the start of the stay, no fees or penalties shall occur. If a reservation cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance of the reservation start date, one-half of the non-refundable deposit may be put towards a future stay and the remainder is forfeit. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the reservation start date, client(s) forfeit their non-refundable deposit and are not obliged to pay the rest of the reservation. For cancellations after a dog’s arrival, please see our “Early Departures” policy.
EARLY DEPARTURES
Early departures will not be refunded and the remainder of the stay is required to be paid in full.
NO SHOW POLICY
Reservations shall be held until closing (5pm CST) on the scheduled arrival day. No call/no show reservations will be billed for the full stay.
HOLIDAY DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
During the Holidays (including but not limited to: New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas) where our traffic is greatly increased, deposits are required to hold all reservations made with us. If a cancellation is made over any holiday booking, clients are required to pay the entire stay in full.
We require all charges be paid in full before a dog is released from our care.
Booking that are made and dropped off same-day will incur a $25 convenience fee.
YOUR DOG’S STAY
WHAT TO BRING
Clients should bring enough of their dog’s food adequate to last the duration of their reservation, with each meal individually bagged. Clients should also bring a collar and leash for their dog. If you do NOT bring your dogs food we will feed our ‘house food’ for an additional fee of $5 per day for small dogs and $6 for medium and large dogs.
We provide raised dog beds, toys, water bowls and food bowls.
If desired, a client is allowed to bring personal belongings (bedding, toys, etc), however, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or destroyed items.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
During your dog’s stay with us, they will be making trips outside to the play yard every three hours, each session lasting 20-30 minutes in duration. These start around 7:00am, and end around 9:00pm. Your dog will be staying in a hard-sided, private 4x6 kennel with a connected, private outdoor kennel they can enter and exit at will.
Housemates may be kenneled together upon request, however, we are not responsible for any fights, scraps, injuries, etc during their stay.
We offer these add-ons in addition to our basic boarding package:
One Daily Walk - $8
One of our handlers will take your dog on a 30-minute walk
Ball Toss Session - $8
A one-on-one game of fetch between one of our handlers and your dog
Snuggle Time - $12
We will dedicate 15 minutes of one-on-one time with your dog giving them lots of extra attention and, of course, snuggles!
Doggie Daycare While Boarding -$25
Include your dog in our Daycare program while they board. This more than doubles the time spent outside of their kennel and if your dog is new to our Daycare program, we’ll do the evaluation for free!
Enrichment Treat - $8
We will provide an enrichment treat like a wobbler, lick mat or puzzle for your dog to engage with and enjoy.
Pup Cup with Liver Sprinkles - $2
Spoil your dog with a whipped cream pup cup, topped with a milkbone and beef liver sprinkles!
SPECIAL NEEDS
SPECIALIZED DIET
A specialized diet is considered any dog food that is not kibble or canned wet food, or any dog kibble that requires additives and toppers (pumpkin, yogurt, salmon oil, supplements, etc). We charge the price of $5/day as specialized diets may require special storage, longer prep times and occasionally need for food safety handling precautions.
By default, we feed AM and PM portions. If your dog requires a third feeding, we charge an additional $5/day for the extra time spent to prepare the food and feed.
MEDICATIONS
Any medications or supplements that can be prepackaged with your dog’s meal(s) will not incur a charge.
One medication that needs to be pilled once a day - $4
One medication that needs to be pilled multiple times per day OR one shot administered a day - $6
Multiple meds that need to be pilled - $5 per day
Multiple meds/shots administered (3+) per day - $8
BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS
We do accept dogs that dislike or cannot coexist with other dogs at our facility. We accommodate with solo trips into the play yard where your dog can interact with our staff for the price of $10/day.
If any dog under our care exhibits behavioral problems like aggression, reactivity or hyperactivity with staff or other dogs, we reserve the right to add on walks or ball throwing to assist in fulfilling mental and physical needs. We also reserve the right to add on solo trips ($10/day) to the yard if we find a dog is unable to coexist with the large social groups.

Luxury Suite
Now offering a luxury suite!
This is a perfect housing option for families with multiple dogs or families with large dogs
The suite has a raised sleeping area, fit with a large dog bed and cozy carpet, as well as plenty of floor space to accommodate all your four-legged family.
There is also a tv in the corner to play your dogs favorite music or show!
There is no price difference to book the suite, simply click suite when choosing a kennel on the booking site.
