  • Non-refundable deposits are required for new clients and/or for stays lasting 3 days or longer, BUT deposits can be requested at our discretion for any reason.

  • Bookings made and dropped off same-day will incur a $25 convenience fee​

Drop-offs and pickups may be made anytime during our open hours of 8am-5pm so long as a specific time is scheduled with our staff. Any drop-offs or pickups made outside of our open hours will incur a $25 convenience fee.

NEW YEARS, EASTER, MEMORIAL DAY, 4TH OF JULY, LABOR DAY, THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS EVE - (except between 8am and 10am on Christmas Eve we will be open for drop off & pick up) & CHRISTMAS. HOLIDAY RATES APPLY FOR CATS BOARDING WITH US OVER THESE HOLIDAYS.

Pick-ups and drop-offs are by appointment only and can be scheduled for anytime during our Open Hours of 8am-5pm. Please ensure you schedule this with staff when calling, or via our booking software when making reservations online.

POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

If reservation changes are made at least 72 hours prior to the start of the stay, no fees or penalties shall occur. If a reservation cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance of the reservation start date, one-half of the non-refundable deposit may be put towards a future stay and the remainder is forfeit. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the reservation start date, client(s) forfeit their non-refundable deposit and are not obliged to pay the rest of the reservation. For cancellations after a cat’s arrival, please see our “Early Departures” policy.

EARLY DEPARTURES

Early departures will not be refunded and the remainder of the stay is required to be paid in full.

NO SHOW POLICY

Reservations shall be held until closing (5pm CST) on the scheduled arrival day. No call/no show reservations will be billed for the full stay.

HOLIDAY DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

During the Holidays (including but not limited to: New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas) where our traffic is greatly increased, deposits are required to hold all reservations made with us. If a cancellation is made over any holiday booking, clients are required to pay the entire stay in full.

We require all charges be paid in full before a pet is released from our care.

Booking that are made and dropped off same-day will incur a $25 convenience fee.

YOUR CAT’S STAY

WHAT TO BRING

Clients MUST bring their cat in a carrier. Clients should bring enough of their cat's food adequate to last the duration of their reservation, with each meal individually bagged. If you do NOT bring your cat's food we will feed our ‘house food’ for an additional fee of $5 per day.

We provide litter boxes, beds, toys, water bowls and food bowls.

If desired, a client is allowed to bring personal belongings (bedding, toys, etc), however, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or destroyed items.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Your cat will be staying in a multi-level suite, equipped with separate spaces for bathroom usage, sleep, play and eating. Litter boxes are cleaned daily.

 

Housemates may be housed together upon request, however, we are not responsible for any fights, scraps, injuries, etc during their stay.

SPECIAL NEEDS

SPECIALIZED DIET

A specialized diet is considered any cat food that is not kibble or canned wet food, or any cat kibble that requires additives or toppers. We charge the price of $5/day as specialized diets may require special storage, longer prep times and occasionally need for food safety handling precautions.

By default, we feed AM and PM portions or free feed. If your cat requires a third feeding or specialized eating schedule outside of our complimentary feedings, we charge an additional $5/day for the extra time spent to prepare the food and feed.

MEDICATIONS 

Any medications or supplements that can be prepackaged with your cat’s meal(s) will not incur a charge.

One medication that needs to be pilled once a day - $4

One medication that needs to be pilled multiple times per day OR one shot administered a day - $6

Multiple meds that need to be pilled - $5 per day

Multiple meds/shots administered (3+) per day - $8
